Even if the world keeps spinning like nothing happened, some part of you knows: it did. And that part is listening for what comes next.
These sessions are built for the in-between. The not-yet. The raw middle. That liminal space where old roles and strategies begin to unravel, but the new form hasn’t taken shape.
It’s not always dramatic. Sometimes it’s a quiet refusal to keep performing. Sometimes it’s the grief you’ve been outrunning for years. Or maybe it’s just a pattern circling back again, asking to be met at the root this time.
This isn’t work to fix or mend. You’re not broken.
This is tracking. We follow what shows up: sensation, image, memory, emotion, archetype, field, and listen.
Together, we track what the body’s been trying to say in symptoms, silence, and dreams. We practice staying with what arises, even when it’s messy or unclear. We build relationship with the unknown.
There’s no curriculum. No five-step formula. Just a slow, steady walk at the pace of your unbecoming.

Choose Your Depth
This work unfolds over time. Transformation doesn’t rush. It ripens.
Each mentorship offers a three-month container because that’s the minimum threshold where real change begins to take shape. Patterns soften. Trust builds. The body starts to speak in clearer tones. This timeframe offers a steady rhythm to listen, metabolize, and move at the pace your system can hold — not just through insight, but integration.
You’ll choose one of two containers below. Each includes session support (weekly or biweekly, depending on the depth), and somatic integration to help root the work between sessions.
Pricing is offered in three tiers to honor both the value of this work and the varying access points in our communities.
– The standard tier reflects the true cost of the container.
– The community tier supports access for those with fewer resources.
– The sponsorship tier helps subsidize others while affirming the depth of this work.
Payment is made monthly over the three-month arc.

Ember Depth
A slower rhythm for integration, stabilization, and embodied reorientation.
Ideal if you’re integrating a recent descent, processing grief or relational rupture, or needing structured space to listen inward and rebuild capacity.
What’s included:
– Two 60-minute sessions/month
– Two voice notes/month (client sends up to 10 mins; I respond with up to 10 mins) = 40 minutes total
– Post-session somatic + ritual integration emails
– Optional 60-min integration session after 3 months (sliding scale: $175-$225)

Flame Depth
A more intensive rhythm for transformation, initiation, and breaking old patterns.
Ideal if you're in an active descent, navigating rupture, or ready to midwife a new version of yourself into form.

– Three 45-minute sessions/month
– Three voice notes/month (client sends up to 10 mins; I respond with up to 10 mins) = 60 minutes total
– Post-session somatic + ritual integration emails
– Includes 60-min integration session in final month
