Transformational Depth Work

Depth-oriented somatic work for those living inside a real change.

There are moments when life stops cooperating with the story you have been living. Something presses for honesty. A role loses its grip. A relationship, identity, or way of coping reaches its limit. The body knows before the mind does.

This kind of change carries grief. It asks for attention, patience, and a willingness to stay with what is unraveling long enough for something truer to take shape.

My work supports people in these moments. It is relational, somatic, and depth-oriented. We work slowly and with continuity, tracking what is shifting in the body, how patterns are reorganizing, and what wants to emerge through sustained contact rather than force.

This is not about fixing yourself or rushing toward resolution. It is about building the capacity to stay present with what is ending, what is forming, and what your body is already responding to.

In our work together, we develop a steady relational field. Over time, this allows trust to form, sensation to become intelligible, and long-held patterns to loosen through lived experience rather than insight alone. We follow what is real, including grief, fear, desire, and the subtle movements that signal a new orientation taking hold.

Transformational depth work is not fast. It is embodied, relational, and honest. It is a space to unmake what no longer fits and to begin shaping a life that is coherent with who you are becoming.

This work may be a fit if you are:

• In a season of transition, reckoning, or quiet unraveling, where something familiar no longer holds and what comes next has not yet formed.

• Tracking a deep pattern you can name but have not been able to shift through insight alone.

• Moving through loss, grief, or an identity change that has altered how you relate to yourself, your body, or your life.

• Aware that long-standing survival strategies are no longer serving you, even as they still grip when things feel uncertain.

• Tired of over-explaining your experience and wanting to be met with precision, presence, and honesty.

• Craving real-time somatic, emotional, and symbolic attunement rather than advice or analysis.

• Seeking a relational mirror who can stay present with complexity, intensity, and truth without rushing you toward resolution.

• Ready to move beyond performance and insight into sustained, embodied practice.

• Walking a soul-led path and needing grounded relational space to process what is emerging.

• Not fully sure what is happening, only that something real is ending and something else is asking to begin.

What becomes possible:

• Developing a steadier, more trusting relationship with yourself through sustained relational contact.

• Meeting previously avoided or exiled aspects of yourself with curiosity, presence, and care.

• Relating to long-standing patterns with more choice, capacity, and less self-judgment.

• Allowing grief, anger, fear, and desire to move through the body without needing to suppress or spiritualize them.

• Speaking with greater clarity and honesty, even when what needs to be said feels vulnerable or destabilizing.

• Building confidence in your ability to stay present with intensity rather than abandoning yourself or others.

• Strengthening your capacity to be seen and met without collapsing into performance or withdrawal.

• Reconnecting with creativity, vitality, and movement where things once felt stalled or muted.

• Developing clearer boundaries that arise from embodied truth rather than defense or explanation.

• Living with greater attunement to your own rhythms, timing, and limits.

• Letting the body inform decisions, pacing, and expression in everyday life.

• Making space for rest, pleasure, and slowness without guilt or urgency.

• Holding complexity and contradiction with more ease, without rushing toward resolution.

• Allowing a more coherent sense of self to take shape over time through lived experience rather than insight alone.

Somatic Depth Sessions

This work is relational and somatic. It unfolds through continuity, rhythm, and shared presence over time.

I ask for a three-month minimum because weekly contact is what allows the work to build rather than reset. With too much space between sessions, momentum is lost and the process stays at the level of reorientation rather than integration.

Three months provides enough continuity for the work to take hold and begin changing how you relate to yourself and the world. Many clients choose to continue beyond this.

What a three-month arc includes:

  • Weekly 60-minute sessions

  • Sessions held on Zoom

  • Payment made weekly (within 24 hours of each session)

  • (Optional depth add-ons below)

This steady rhythm allows the system to settle, speak, unravel, integrate, and begin to remake itself. Somatic depth work needs time, repetition, and relationship. This frame honors that.

Session Fee, Sliding Scale, & Payment Options

Standard Session Fee: $200 per session.

The sliding scale is offered to support accessibility while honoring the real labor and relational depth of this work. I ask clients to choose a rate that reflects both their financial reality and their respect for the container. Your choice supports both access for others and allows this work to be held with integrity and continuity.

All fees are listed in USD.
Because payment platforms charge different processing fees, sliding-scale ranges vary slightly depending on how you choose to pay. This keeps the work accessible while protecting the sustainability of my practice.

Somatic Orientation Session

This is a single-session consultation for those seeking clarity, grounding, and orientation.

A Somatic Orientation Session offers space to slow down and take stock of what is happening beneath the surface in your body, your patterns, and the larger shape of your life, without entering an ongoing depth container.

This session is especially supportive if you are at a threshold or moment of transition, feeling unsettled or unclear about next steps, wanting to understand what your body is responding to, or discerning what kind of support would actually serve you right now.

During our time together, we track what is present in real time, including somatic cues, emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and the language shaping your experience. The focus is on clarifying what is organizing your system now and sensing a coherent direction forward, rather than processing deeply into history or trauma.

You can expect grounded somatic reflection, pattern recognition, and support discerning next steps or appropriate forms of care.

Session length: 60 minutes
Fee: $200 USD
Format: Stand-alone session

Asynchronous Orientation

For those seeking grounded, real-time support without entering a weekly session container.

This option offers somatic, relational guidance through voice notes: ideal for people who process in the moment, want steady contact during a challenging week, or need depth support outside traditional sessions.

What’s included:

  • Up to 3 voice notes/week (max 5 minutes each)

  • Attuned responses within 24–48 hours

  • Somatic, symbolic, and field-aware direction as your process unfolds

  • Held for one week at a time — flexible, no long-term commitment

Fee: $175 USD per week

Available for new or returning clients who are not in an ongoing depth container.
